Job Description:
Rid Life is seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead the operations of our retail and service center, while also supporting our growing online sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cycling, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth through effective team management and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily showroom operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Coordinate with the service center to ensure high-quality after-sales service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfaction.
- Work closely with the online sales team to coordinate stock and promotions.
- Train and motivate showroom staff to deliver exceptional service.
