We are seeking a skilled engineer to design mechanical components and collaborate with production teams for successful implementation. This role will involve managing projects using ERP systems like Odoo to streamline processes and enhance cross-department communication. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create functional designs.
- Develop lightweight, durable, and ergonomic models using CAD tools.
- Innovate features to enhance user experience, performance, and efficiency.
- Create and test prototypes under real-world conditions.
- Address feedback to improve product reliability.
- Ensure designs are production-ready and cost-effective.
- Recommend suitable materials and processes for manufacturing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor innovations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Expertise in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA).
- Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes, especially lightweight materials.
- Understanding of electric drivetrains, battery integration, and modular designs.
- 2–5 years in designing bikes, e-bikes, or similar products with a customer-centric approach.
Work Schedule
Working days : Weekdays from 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Off duty : Weekends, Mercantile and Special Holidays.
